Jill specialises in recitals
involving numerous recorders and a wide
variety of music. Her recitals span Baroque standards, 19th century
csakan showpieces and twentieth century works, as well as specially
commissioned pieces and her own transcriptions. She is particularly
interested in the relationship between recorders and piano and her
recitals explore the wonderfully sonorous world these instruments
create together. Jill is passionate about showing the
recorder as a modern instrument in its own right and her recitals
excite, stimulate and challenge the boundaries of people's expectations.
